The proximity to Gran Via 2 Mall made for convenient shopping options. The nearby Carrefour market was perfect for self-catering.

The air conditioner was excessively loud, making it difficult to sleep comfortably at night due to the room temperature while unable to open the windows.

We had a lovely stay in a well-equipped, clean One-Bedroom Apartment. the air conditioning was noisy and the TV in the bedroom didn’t work, which was a real bummer. But, we really appreciated the staff's helpfulness!

The experience wasn’t all smooth sailing. There were persistent noise disturbances from both neighboring apartments and street traffic, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep. The cleaning could have been more thorough. we encountered dust accumulation on the floors and found hair in the shower. The bathroom fixtures needed some TLC, as we ran into issues with leaks, and there were no materials provided to help clean up. While the location offered convenience, the immediate dining options weren't as varied as one would hope, limiting choices for meals.

Thin walls let neighbor noise in, but the comfy beds & excellent metro access make this a solid choice!

I had a fantastic stay in a One-Bedroom Apartment that was exceptionally clean and well-equipped. The thoughtful extras, like washing-up liquid and a complimentary bottle of water, made everything feel welcoming. I really appreciated how spacious and well-designed the area was, with a comfy bed ensuring a restful night's sleep. the air conditioning was a bit noisy and could use some improvement in that department.

This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, including wi-fi, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The staff once helped me find my lost bracelet, making my stay memorable. I highly recommend it for comfort and care. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.
